Hybrid work is here to stay


Employees’ expectations about how and where they work have changed after the COVID-19 pandemic. Supervisors also have a preference about when they like their subordinates in the office.

With the aim of delivering evidence-based guidelines on how to optimally adapt to hybrid work practices we are working with organisations to understand and meet employees’ and supervisors’ needs and work preferences. Our work is shedding light on the greatest opportunities and hurdles that managers should be aware of when adapting to the new work environment.
